
The Bulls picked a shortstop from South Carolina. Reese Havens, a junior, is batting .360 hitting 16 hrs. driving in 51 RBI's with a .489 OBP and a .960 fielding percentage.
"We feel that he was the best player left in the draft and can reach the Majors the fastest," said manager Trey Thurston. "With our minors being stockpiled with prospects, we selected a strong position player who can move through the minors quickly."
